Role & responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Generation: Develop in-store strategies to hit sales KPIs, analyze performance data, and implement promotional campaigns.
Team Leadership: Manage the employee lifecycle including hiring, training, scheduling shifts, evaluating performance, and resolving staff conflicts.
Store Operations: Oversee daily opening and closing procedures, manage cash registers, and ensure the shop runs smoothly.
Inventory Control: Track stock levels, conduct audits, order current products, coordinate with suppliers, and minimize loss or shrinkage.
Customer Experience: Set excellent service standards, resolve escalated customer complaints, and cultivate a welcoming shopping setting.
Compliance & Security: Enforce health and safety regulations, employment laws, and security measures to prevent theft.
