Title of the Position: Business Development Manager Project/Architect Sales

Reports to: National Sales Head

Experience required: 3 - 10 years work experience in Architecture , Interior Design, Building Material or Construction Industry

Overall Responsibility: Responsible for Sales & Marketing activities across the above-mentioned location

Key Responsibility Areas:

Business Development across Builders & Developers, Architects, Interior Designer’s

Relationship Development

Client Retention

Business Development Planning

Research on to the Market

Basics in Mathematics e.g. How to calculate Margin or Profit etc.

Behavioural Aspects:

Solid in Communication in Local language & English

Confident

Self Motivated

General Note:

The Business Development Manager must be able to identify the Group’s Vision of penetrating Indian Market when it comes

to Flooring Industry. He must also be interested in playing an active role in the development and advancement of company Floor’s Services.
