Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads for Home Loan products through various channels.
Identify and approach potential customers for home loan requirements.
Explain loan products, eligibility, interest rates, and documentation requirements.
Handle customer queries and guide them throughout the loan process.
Coordinate with credit, operations, and other internal teams for smooth processing.
Collect and verify customer documents.
Follow up with customers until sanction and disbursement.
Maintain regular sales reports and achieve assigned targets.
Eligibility:
Graduate preferred.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Candidates with experience in banking, NBFC, home loan, LAP, or financial sales will be preferred.
Skills: Sales, lead generation, customer relationship management, negotiation, follow-up, and communication.
