Job Description:

• To be Responsible for origination of Business Loan (BL)

• To be Responsible for setting up the distribution network for financial products

• Plan & execute the BL strategy for month/quarter to ensure goals are achieved

• Work with support functions for optimum TAT and service delivery. Sanction &

disbursement of files per month as per targets assigned

• Achieve sales targets for given the basket of products through network

• Manage portfolio of existing customers and provide prompt service

• Investment structuring and documentation

• Empanelment of DSAs and maintaining valuable relations with them

• Build and Manage the loan portfolio to ensure establishment of appropriate account plans

• Regular interactions with Seniors in NBFC





• Responsible for identifying recent market opportunities/ business lines for the NBFC

• Determine ongoing product evolution/development priorities.

• Ensure timely preparation and submission of MIS reports

Skills Required:

• Valuable Communication skills

• Fluent with MS Office usage

• Well versed with local market

• Interpersonal effectiveness and influencing skills - Ability to speak with conviction using

data and logic

Competencies:

• Graduation in any Discipline is Must

• Candidates having MBA (Finance) will be preferred
