Role Summary
To handle customer queries related to statutory compliance (GST and taxation), provide
accurate solutions, and support customers in maintaining compliance through software usage.
Key Responsibilities
•
Interact with customers (Accountants, CAs, Business Owners) to understand compliance-
related queries
•

Provide support through calls, email, WhatsApp, and remote access
Resolve GST and compliance-related issues (returns, tax calculation, errors)
Follow SOPs, maintain SLA timelines,



and complete troubleshooting before escalation
Log accurate ticket details, updates, and call outcomes in CRM
Guide customers on compliance features and statutory processes within the software
Maintain explicit, professional, and empathetic communication with customers
Provide timely updates and ensure proper resolution
