Candidate should be a Graduate with 10 to 12 years of sales experience in the Freight Forwarding industry, preferably in B2B/corporate sales, with proven experience in dealing with shippers and leading corporates.
The candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, acquiring potential customers, maintaining solid relationships with existing clients and shippers, and achieving assigned sales targets through innovative and effective sales strategies.
The candidate should be agile, target-oriented, and possess strong communication, negotiation and customer relationship management skills, along with the ability to work effectively as a team player.
