Key Responsibilities
Greeting Visitors: Welcome clients, guests, and vendors with a skilled demeanor and direct them to the appropriate person.
Handling Communications: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, and manage or reply to emails and messages.
Managing Logistics: Oversee incoming and outgoing mail, courier packages, and deliveries.
Administrative Support: Maintain visitor logs, schedule meetings, update spreadsheets, and organize office files.
Office Maintenance: Monitor inventory levels of office supplies and coordinate equipment upkeep (printers, scanners
Required Skills & Qualifications
Communication: Explicit verbal and written skills to interact politely in person, over the phone, and via email.
Organization: Ability to multitask, manage time, and keep a busy reception area orderly.
Technical Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software or phone routing systems.
Education: A high school diploma or a bachelor's degree in hospitality, business administration, or a related field.
Working - Monday to Friday and alternate Saturdays
