About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Lead Frontend Developer to drive the design, development, and delivery of large-scale enterprise web applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in React, TypeScript, and up-to-date frontend architecture, with proven experience leading technical initiatives, mentoring engineers, and building scalable, high-performance user interfaces.

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of complex frontend features across modules and applications.
/n
Define and drive frontend architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
/n
Build and maintain scalable, reusable component libraries and shared packages within an Nx monorepo.
/n
Integrate multiple backend services, ensuring robust authentication, authorization, and error-handling mechanisms.
/n
Optimize application performance for dashboards, large datasets,



reporting platforms, and interactive UI experiences.
/n
Collaborate closely with Product, Backend, QA, and Design teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
/n
Establish testing strategies and improve code quality using Vitest, React Testing Library, and Cypress.
/n
Mentor developers through code reviews, technical guidance, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
/n
Drive modernization initiatives while balancing business priorities and delivery timelines.

Skills & Experience Required

/n

/n
10+ years of software development experience with at least 6+ years of hands-on React.js development.
/n
Solid expertise in React (Hooks, Context API, Component Patterns) and TypeScript.
/n
Experience building large-scale enterprise SPAs with authentication, RBAC, and multi-tenant architectures.
/n
Hands-on experience with React 19, Vite, Ant Design, Less, and Styled Components/Emotion.
