Key Responsibilities:

Provide remote helpdesk and desktop support for end users.n
Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft Office 365 and Azure services.n
Assist with user management in Active Directory and AzureAD.n
Support day-to-day operations of client networks, servers, and security systems.n
Perform software updates, patches, and installations.n
Participate in small to mid-sized project rollouts and technical deployments.n
Document system configurations, updates, and procedures.n
Assist senior consultants in client network monitoring and issue resolution.n
