nBackground: Ex-Army / Defence personnel required with a disciplined, structured and hands-on approach to operations and facility management.

nKey Responsibilities:

Facility and infrastructure management across corporate office and plant/factory premisesn
Vendor management, negotiations and contract administrationn
Security, housekeeping and transport managementn
Liaising with government authorities, local bodies and managing statutory compliancen
Budgeting, cost control and optimisation of administration expensesn
Employee welfare, cafeteria and general administrationn
Crisis management,



safety and emergency preparednessn
Team leadership and cross-functional coordinationn
Ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day administration across multiple locationsn
