Provide day-to-day support for the SAP OTC module, addressing user inquiries and resolving issues.n
Excellent problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team workplace. Ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices. Role involves working closely with business and IT stakeholders to analyze, design, and implement SAP OTC solutions in collaboration with the offshore teamn
