Lascade is looking for a creative and passionate Social Media Manager to build and grow our brand across multiple digital platforms.

We're building global software products across Mobile apps, travel technology, subscription platforms, and digital services. We're looking for someone who understands how to create engaging content, build a robust brand presence, and grow online communities through creativity and consistency.

What You'll Do

Develop and execute social media strategies across all Lascade products.
/n
Manage our presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), Threads, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, Telegram, and other relevant platforms.
/n
Plan, create, and publish engaging content that aligns with our products, campaigns, and brand.
/n
Maintain a structured content calendar and ensure consistent posting across all channels.
/n
Work closely with the Design, Video, Product,



and Marketing teams to create high-quality content.
/n
Monitor trends, viral content, and industry updates to identify new content opportunities.
/n
Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and discussions professionally.
/n
Analyze social media performance and continuously improve engagement, reach, and audience growth.
/n
Coordinate with the Influencer Marketing team on campaigns and creator collaborations.
/n
Help establish Lascade as a recognized global technology brand.

What We're Looking For

2–5 years of experience in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing.

Robust understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
/n
Excellent written communication and storytelling skills.

Experience creating engaging content for different audiences.
