Operate, monitor, support, and improve enterprise platforms and services using AWS, Redhat Linux, RHEL, RHCL.n
Troubleshoot incidents and service issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement sustainable corrective and preventive actions.n
Execute approved configuration, deployment, maintenance, upgrade, patching, and validation activities with appropriate controls.n
Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, knowledge articles, support evidence, and status updates.n
Collaborate with application, cloud, network, database, security, and service-management teams to maintain reliability and availability.n

nExpertise You'll Bring:

Practical administration and production-support experience involving AWS, Redhat Linux, RHEL, RHCL.n




Strong understanding of monitoring, incident resolution, change execution, troubleshooting, performance, availability, and operational controls.n
Ability to follow and improve standard operating procedures, document technical work, and communicate status clearly.n
Solid analytical, ownership, customer-service, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.n
Ability to work effectively in structured enterprise support settings and manage priorities responsibly.n
