Good Understanding of Monitoring Tools & alerts Monitoring Process and Management (Example: SolarWinds, Datadog, etc.)n
Valuable understanding of IT infrastructure and application setting and significance of the technology stack.n
Good understanding and hands on experience in Certificate management (Internal & External) and renewal processn
Positive analytical skills to understand data patterns, trends and create a plan for continuous improvementn
Excellent Communication, Presentation and Negotiation Skillsn
Hands-on Experience with IT service management (ITSM) tools, such as ServiceNow, Experience in creating Reports, dashboardsn
