Key Responsibilities:
Sales Targets
Achieving sales targets.
Customer Satisfaction
Understanding customer requirements and conveying relevant feedback to the Company.
Creating and maintaining ambience in the stores to improve customer experience.
Showroom Administration
Understanding of Infor system to be used for order booking.
Order booking and coordinating with commercial for execution.
Coordinating with product supply and service teams.
Assisting the store manager in statutory compliance management.
