MoEngage is seeking a agile Senior Manager - Brand & Product GTM to join our passionate marketing team. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing the go-to-market strategy for our products, driving brand awareness, and ensuring our offerings resonate with target audiences. What You'll Do
Product GTM Strategy Development
Develop and own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for new product launches, major features, and product updates, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and revenue targets.
Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify target markets, ideal customer profiles (ICPs), and buyer personas.
Define product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with target audiences and differentiate our offerings.

Launch Planning & Execution
Create detailed launch plans, timelines, and project manage cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Marketing,



Customer Success, Enablement) to ensure seamless execution.
Work closely with the digital marketing team to develop integrated marketing campaigns (content marketing, digital advertising, webinars, events, etc.) that drive awareness, generate leads, and accelerate pipeline.
Develop content in the form of case studies, reports, PR, and other collateral that showcase the benefits of the product along with social proofing.
Partner with the Product Marketing team to equip sales teams with the necessary training, tools, and messaging to effectively articulate product value and close deals.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for GTM initiatives, including adoption rates, pipeline generation, revenue impact, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and customer lifetime value (CLTV).
