Role & responsibilities
Develop and maintain scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js (MERN Stack) .
Deploy, manage, and optimize applications on AWS cloud infrastructure .
Design and implement microservices architecture and serverless solutions .
Work closely with the UI/UX team to integrate responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement cutting-edge solutions.
Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in cloud-based applications.

Preferred candidate profile
Proficiency in MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) .
Solid experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, DynamoDB, etc.).
Experience in Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines .
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets .




Hands-on experience with TypeScript, Redux, and Next.js is a plus.
Knowledge of database design, indexing, and query optimization .
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices .

Nice to have
Experience working in insurance technology or fintech is a plus.
Exposure to AI/ML integrations in web applications .
Robust problem-solving and analytical skills.
