nRole Overview
nThis is a high-ownership, high-visibility role for individuals with exceptional academic credentials and a proven ability to conceptualize, structure, and execute complex initiatives at speed.




nYou will work directly with the Founders , acting as a force multiplier , driving critical projects across strategy, operations, technology, GTM, transformation, and governance . The role requires comfort with ambiguity, sharp problem-solving, robust stakeholder management, and an obsession with outcomes.

nKey Responsibilities
n1. Strategy & Business Transformation

Work with the Founders to define, structure, and execute strategic priorities across businesses, functions, and geographiesn
Break down ambiguous problem statements into explicit hypotheses, execution roadmaps, and measurable outcomes n
Drive enterprise-level transformation initiatives across operations, supply chain, sales, digital, and financen

Own end-to-end execution of high-impact initiatives from concept to rolloutn
Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and outcomes with extreme execution dis
