nWe are looking for a Senior Professional Services Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in infrastructure, networking, Windows/Linux environments, virtualization, security technologies, and customer-facing solution implementation.
nTechnical Skills – Mandatory

Strong knowledge of Windows Server & Client Operating Systemsn
Hands-on experience in Network/System Administrationn
Solid understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPO), User Profiling & Remote Desktop Services (RDS)n
Good understanding of Linux OS and fundamentalsn
Strong networking knowledge with experience in troubleshooting and monitoring tools such as Wireshark, Process Monitor, Nmap, DebugView, etc.n
Experience in Infrastructure Designn
Hands-on experience in one or more of the following:n
VDI / Desktop Virtualizationn
Application Virtualizationn
Load Balancingn
VPN, Proxy & Firewallsn
Secure Gateway technologiesn
VPN / MFA / IAM / ZTNAn

Coordinate with customers to design, deploy and roll out Accops solution suites as per the agreed Statement of Work (SoW)n
Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholdersn
Drive effective 360-degree communication throughout project executionn
Manage and coordinate SoW changes with customers and Product Engineering teamsn
Drive projects from implementation through rollout and completion, ensuring project objectives and success criteria are achievedn
Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneouslyn
Plan project execution, track progress and ensure timely reporting and deliveryn
