Installation, configuration, and maintenance of AIX serversn
Experience with LPAR, VIOS, NIM, and PowerVM n
User administration, file systems, volume groups, and logical volumesn
Performance monitoring, tuning, and capacity managementn
Patch management, OS upgrades, and system migrationsn
Knowledge of PowerHA (HACMP) clusteringn
Shell scripting and automationn
Troubleshooting OS, hardware, and performance-related issuesn
Experience with server backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processesn
Good understanding of SAN Storage and connectivityn
Exposure to Linux administration is an added advantagen

Troubleshoot and resolve server-related incidents within SLA.n
Perform backup, recovery, and disaster recovery activities.n
Support change, incident, and problem management processes.n
Work closely with application, database, and infrastructure teams.n
