About Position:

We are looking for an experienced Programmer (Dev) with 5 to 8 years of expertise in .NET, React, Azure, Snowflake, and Kafka to build scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have robust hands-on experience across full-stack development, cloud-native architectures, API development, and up-to-date engineering practices.

What You'll Do:
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using .NET and React.
Build scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications and APIs.
Develop cloud-native solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure services.
Design and implement backend services, microservices, and integration components.
Develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces using React and contemporary frontend frameworks.
Work with Snowflake for data storage, analytics integration, and data processing requirements.
Develop and support event-driven architectures using Kafka.




Collaborate with architects and technical leads to define solution designs and implementation strategies.
Translate business and technical requirements into scalable and maintainable solutions.
Perform code reviews and ensure compliance with engineering standards and best practices.
Troubleshoot application, integration, database, and production issues.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
Build and support CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation processes.
Collaborate with QA, DevOps, Security, and Product teams throughout the development lifecycle.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
Contribute to reusable frameworks, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement programs.
Prepare technical documentation, design specifications, and operational support guides.
