n10+ Years Overall HR Technology Experience with 8+ Years in SAP SuccessFactors
nRequired Qualifications

10+ years overall HR/HCM experiencen
8+ years SAP SuccessFactors experiencen
Experience leading global deployments supporting 25,000+ employeesn
Robust stakeholder and vendor management experiencen

nSAP Certifications (Mandatory)

SAP Certified Application Associate - SuccessFactors Employee Centraln
Additional certifications in LMS, PMGM, Recruiting or Compensation preferredn
SAP BTP / Integration Suite certification preferredn

nIndustry Experience
nManufacturing, Semiconductor, Electronics, Automotive, Industrial Engineering or similar large-scale industries.
nSAP BTP Experience
nExperience with SAP BTP, Integration Suite, Build Apps, Build Process Automation, API Management and AI capabilities.
