Responsibilities:

• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple positions & valuable convincing skills.

• Hiring for own office, Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach.

• Must have valuable Negotiation Skills, screening resumes and conducting initial interviews.





• Coordinating interviews with hiring managers and ensuring smooth communication throughout the process.

• Managing and maintaining the candidate database and applicant tracking system (ATS).

• Collaborating with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

• Handling candidate negotiations, offer letters, and ensuring timely follow-ups.

• Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Keeping up-to-date with the latest hiring trends and best practices.
