We are looking for a dedicated Workshop Manager to oversee the daily operations of our workshop in Hapur. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role and will be responsible for managing the team and ensuring effective workflow.

Key Responsibilities:
Team Supervision: Oversee and manage workshop staff, ensuring that they are productive and well-coordinated in their tasks.
Schedule Management: Create and maintain work schedules for the team to ensure that all projects are completed on time.
Quality Control: Regularly inspect ongoing work to make sure it meets the required standards and specifications.
Inventory Management: Monitor workshop supplies and materials, ensuring that inventory levels are adequate and ordering current stock as needed.
Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure that all workshop operations adhere to safety regulations and that staff follow safety protocols.
Customer Interaction: Communicate with clients regarding project updates, timelines, and any issues that may arise,



maintaining strong customer relationships.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The candidate should possess solid leadership and communication skills to effectively manage the team and collaborate with clients. A solid understanding of workshop operations, including equipment handling and maintenance, is essential. The ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently will be necessary. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented and organized, with a proactive approach towards improving workshop processes. A background in technical work or knowledge of machinery is preferred.
