BDM self sourcing
Identify and engage potential customers to source credit card applications through designated sourcing location, field visits, referrals, and networking.
• Assess customer needs and recommend the most suitable credit card products aligned with eligibility and lifestyle
• Meet monthly sourcing targets and contribute to team goals. Track performance metrics and report progress regularly.
•Maintain excellent relationship with customers and stakeholders.
•Ensuring positive customer experience - Prompt solution, accurate information, addressing queries etc.
•Have a valuable understanding of the Credit card offering, features, advantages and usage guidelines (detail training will be provided)
•Use customer reference and network to close deals
•Ensure all applications are complete, accurate, and compliant with regulatory and internal standards.
