As an Assistant Human Resource, you will assist with various HR functions such as recruitment and onboarding, ensuring new employees have a smooth transition into the organization. You will coordinate attendance, leave, and time office administration, monitoring employee records and documentation to maintain accurate data. Supporting payroll administration and managing overtime will also be key responsibilities. Additionally, you will facilitate training and induction sessions to engage employees effectively and assist with disciplinary actions, terminations, and exit formalities. General HR and administrative support will also be part of your duties.
