We are seeking an enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team in Belagavi. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience and be a female with at least a 10th-grade education. This is a full time role where you will work from the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Making Calls: Initiate outgoing calls to potential customers, introducing our products and services, and engaging them to generate interest.
Providing Information: Clearly explain offerings, answering any questions to help customers understand our value proposition and encourage them to make purchases.
Maintaining Database: Keep detailed records of customer interactions and update the database regularly to ensure accurate tracking of leads and follow-ups.
Follow-Up: Contact leads who have shown interest in our offerings to nurture relationships and increase the chance of conversions.
Achieving Targets: Work towards sales targets set by the management and contribute to the overall success of the business.
Required Skills and Expectations:
The successful candidate should have excellent verbal communication skills and a pleasant phone manner. She must be capable of engaging with customers effectively and confidently. Basic computer skills are essential for data entry and record-keeping. A valuable understanding of sales techniques and a positive attitude towards customer service will greatly enhance performance in this role. Candidates should be self-motivated, able to handle rejection, and demonstrate a robust desire to meet and exceed sales targets.
