Key Responsibilities:
Counsel prospective students regarding upGrad's courses and programs.
Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable programs.
Handle leads through calls, follow-ups, and other communication channels.
Achieve admission and conversion targets.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students.
Maintain accurate candidate/student records in CRM.
Provide a positive and skilled counselling experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in EdTech Sales / Academic Counselling is mandatory.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong convincing and counselling abilities.
Valuable sales and negotiation skills.
Stable career history with reasonable tenure in previous organizations.
