Maintain a neat, organized and skilled reception area.

Understand the purpose of visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.

Maintain visitor entry and exit records.
Telephone & Communication

Receive and transfer incoming telephone calls.

Handle basic enquiries and provide accurate information.

Take messages and ensure timely communication to the concerned employee.

Maintain qualified communication with candidates, parents, clients and visitors.
Candidate / Customer Support

Receive candidates and guide them to the appropriate counsellor or department.

Provide basic information regarding courses, appointments and office procedures.

Coordinate appointments and meetings.

Maintain a courteous and helpful attitude while dealing with visitors.




Administrative Support

Maintain reception registers, appointment records and related documents.

Receive and distribute courier, letters and other documents.

Support HR/Admin in routine office activities.

Assist with photocopying, scanning, printing and basic documentation when required.

Maintain records of office supplies required at the reception.
