As an NDT Coordinator, you will play a vital role in conducting training at our Non-Destructive Testing Institute. With 5 to 10 years of experience, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Key responsibilities include:
Facilitating and conducting training programs focused on non-destructive testing methods to enhance the skills of aspiring specialists.
Developing training materials and curricula to ensure effective learning experiences.
Monitoring and evaluating trainee performance to provide constructive feedback and support.
Maintaining compliance with ASNT Level 3 standards and promoting best practices in non-destructive testing.
To be successful in this role, you are expected to have:
A solid understanding of non-destructive testing principles and practices.
A valid ASNT Level 3 certification, which is essential for conducting specialized training.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with trainees and colleagues.
Robust organizational skills to manage training schedules and documentation.
This position is a full time, office-based role located in Greater Noida, India. You will be expected to travel occasionally as required by training demands. A laptop and mobile device will be provided for you to manage your responsibilities effectively.
