We are looking for a Bank Operation Executive to join our team in Agra, India. This role requires a dedicated individual with 2 to 4 years of experience in banking operations. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring efficient and effective banking functions.

2–5 Years (Ex-CASA Sales, Banking DSA, or CA *Firm Operations Executives preferred)

Key Responsibilities:
Account Management: Handle customer accounts, ensuring accuracy in transactions and record-keeping while providing support for account-related queries.
Transaction Processing: Oversee and process various banking transactions, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and building strong relationships with customers.
Data Entry and Reporting: Carry out data entry tasks to maintain accurate records and prepare reports for management review, contributing to operational efficiency.
Collaboration with Teams:



Work collaboratively with other departments to improve workflows and enhance customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates must possess a graduate degree and have relevant experience in banking operations, demonstrating solid attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficient computer skills and familiarity with banking software are essential. Additionally, solid communication abilities and a customer-centric mindset are required to succeed in this role.
