Role Description This is a full-time, in office Telemarketer role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. We are looking for a confident, articulate and consultative sales professional with excellent spoken English. The role involves speaking with restaurant owners across Australia, understanding their requirements and presenting our software solutions in a warm, professional and persuasive manner.

Qualifications




Robust communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
Experience with appointment scheduling and managing follow-ups in a structured workflow.
Customer service skills, including handling questions, concerns, and basic problem resolution.
Sales-oriented mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities and support lead conversion.
Basic computer literacy and comfort working with call logs, CRM tools, or spreadsheets.
Ability to work on-site in the Kolkata metropolitan area and meet full-time schedule requirements.
Previous experience in telemarketing, call centers, or sales support is an advantage.
