Requirements:
Experience in preparing authentic South Indian cuisine.
Good knowledge of Dosa, Idli, Vada, Sambhar, Chutneys, Uttapam and other South Indian dishes.
Valuable hygiene and kitchen management skills.
Experience in a hotel/restaurant/food court will be preferred.
