We are looking for an experienced and energetic Manager for our Steel Yard who has a solid background in Accounting & Finance along with Operations Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire yard operations, accounts, team, and coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Finance:
Manage day-to-day accounting, billing, invoicing, GST, TDS
Maintain books of accounts - Tally / Excel
Handle purchase & sales reconciliation, stock valuation
Prepare MIS reports, profit & loss, cash flow
Coordinate with CA for audit & compliance
Operations & Yard Management:
Manage complete Steel Yard operations - inward, outward, stock, loading/unloading
Maintain accurate stock inventory - TMT, Angles, Channels, Plates etc
Ensure material quality check and proper storage




Optimize yard space and manpower utilization
Team Management:
Lead and manage yard staff, accountants, labour, security team
Assign work, do attendance, handle discipline
Training and motivating the team for daily targets
Vendor & Supplier Coordination:
Coordinate with steel plants, traders, transporters
Negotiate rates, follow up for timely delivery
Manage payment follow-ups and ledger reconciliation
Customer Management:
Handle customer orders, quotations, delivery scheduling
Resolve customer complaints regarding quality, quantity, delivery
Maintain valuable relationship for repeat business

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
