looking for a proactive and organized Field Coordinator to manage field operations, coordinate with service specialists, and ensure smooth service delivery to customers. The ideal candidate should have solid communication and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
Assign service requests to field technicians and service partners.
Coordinate customer appointments and service schedules.
Monitor job completion status and update records.
Communicate with customers regarding service updates.
Support field staff in resolving operational issues.
Track attendance and performance of field personnel.
Prepare daily operational reports.
Ensure high-quality customer service and timely service delivery.
Requirements
Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate teams.
Willingness to work in the field when required.
Prior experience is preferred, but freshers may also apply.
Pay: ₹10,513.14 - ₹15,000.00 per month
