JOB DESCRIPTION
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve area-wise sales targets.
Manage, motivate, and monitor the sales team.
Generate current leads through field visits, dealer networks, referrals, and market development.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and channel partners.
Identify current business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer requirements.
Track sales performance and prepare regular sales reports.
Ensure timely follow-up on leads and convert opportunities into sales.
Coordinate with the installation and operations teams for smooth project execution
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
