Job Responsibilities:
Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacies, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors and medical representatives.
Conduct regular field visits and achieve assigned sales targets.
Generate recent business opportunities and follow up with existing customers.
Explain product features, benefits, dosage information, and company offerings professionally.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
Coordinate with the sales and distribution team to ensure timely product availability.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline; B.Pharm/D.Pharm/MBA Sales will be an advantage.
1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical/medical sales preferred.
Valuable communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
Willingness to travel for field visits.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Salary: As per experience and industry standards + Attractive incentive plans
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
