Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Girl to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should be confident, presentable, customer-friendly, and comfortable interacting with customers and assisting them with their requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers visiting the store.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products.
Explain product features, benefits, pricing and offers to customers.
Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
Generate sales and achieve assigned sales targets.
Maintain proper product display and ensure the store is well-organized.
Maintain product and stock-related information as required.
Coordinate with the store/operations team for product availability.
Handle billing or assist with billing processes, if required.
Follow up with customers when required.




Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.

Required Skills
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Good Hindi and English communication.
Kannada communication will be an added advantage.
Confident and polite while interacting with customers.
Presentable and customer-friendly personality.
Good convincing and sales skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
