Job Description – Accounts & Finance

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts & Finance qualified to join our team and manage day-to-day accounting operations while ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly/quarterly financial reports.
Ensure timely and accurate compliance with TDS and other applicable statutory requirements.
Perform regular bank, ledger, and account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
Manage payroll accounting, employee expenses, and expense tracking.
Assist with internal and external audits, including preparation of required schedules and supporting documents.
Ensure timely month-end and year-end closure of books of accounts.
Monitor financial transactions and ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and better financial controls.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to support financial planning, budgeting,



and business requirements.
Maintain proper accounting records and ensure adherence to company policies and applicable accounting standards.

Desired Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
Valuable understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Hands-on knowledge of TDS and statutory compliances.
Strong Excel skills and familiarity with accounting/ERP software.
Valuable analytical and reconciliation skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
