Role Description
A hands-on internship where you run the social media presence of a rapid-growing agency, not just assist from the sidelines.

What You'll Own
Plan and manage Madify's content calendar across Instagram and LinkedIn
Write captions, hooks, and posting notes that reflect the agency's voice
Ideate and execute content around campaigns, creators, and industry trends
Monitor comments, DMs, and community engagement daily
Track page analytics and compile weekly growth reports
Stay on top of trending formats, audio, and memes to keep the feed relevant
What You Bring
Fresher or recent graduate - any stream
Active Instagram user who follows brands and trends
Available full time, in-office, Mon–Fri for 3 months
Based in Guwahati or willing to relocate
Solid attention to detail and ability to work without hand-holding
Compensation
₹8,000/month fixed + ₹2,000/month performance bonus
