Job Description:
Drive strategic business change and transformation initiatives across Investment Banking.
Partner with Senior Management, Product & Coverage Heads, Chief of Staff, Technology and Transformation teams.
Translate business priorities into actionable transformation initiatives and delivery plans.
Manage stakeholders, dependencies, risks, issues and governance throughout the change lifecycle.
Support technology-enabled transformation, process improvement and business adoption.
Drive business readiness, implementation, communications and change adoption.
