Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Engineer – Civil to manage site execution and civil construction activities for residential/commercial high-rise projects. The candidate should have robust hands-on experience in RCC, contractor coordination, quality control and site execution.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise excavation, shuttering, reinforcement, RCC, masonry, plastering and finishing works.
Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications and IS Codes.
Monitor project progress, manpower, materials and work schedules.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors and consultants.
Conduct quality inspections and coordinate material/cube testing.
Verify measurements, quantities and contractor running bills.
Coordinate with architects,



structural and MEP consultants for site issues.
Ensure site safety and statutory compliance, including RERA/WBHIRA.
Maintain DPRs, inspection reports and other site documentation.
Guide junior engineers and site supervisors.

Requirements
Minimum 7 years of experience in Civil Construction.
Strong experience in residential/commercial high-rise projects.
Hands-on experience in RCC, basement/podium, shuttering, reinforcement and finishing.
Minimum 3 years in a Senior Site Engineer / Site In-Charge role preferred.
Solid contractor and site team management skills.
Valuable knowledge of construction quality standards, safety practices and IS Codes.
Ability to read architectural and structural drawings.
Real estate/building construction experience preferred.
