What You’ll Do
Prepare and cook menu items according to company recipes and standards
Support the Kitchen Manager and Lead Cook in delivering a excellent guest dining experience
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health standards
Complete required food safety logs accurately and on time
Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Provide friendly, skilled service to guests
Work as part of a team to create a positive and effective kitchen environment

What We’re Looking For




At least 1 year of culinary training or kitchen experience
Knowledge of food prep, storage, sanitation, and commercial kitchen equipment
ServSafe or state food handler certification (or ability to obtain)
Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Strong communication skills
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
Must be 18 years or older
