Job Description – HSE Supervisor

Location: Bokaro
Experience: Minimum 1 Year
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 Gross per Month
Notice Period: Immediate / Up to 15 Days Preferred
Industry: Steel Plant / Industrial / Construction Safety

Job Summary

We are looking for an HSE Supervisor to ensure workplace safety and compliance at the site. Candidates should have hands-on experience in industrial/steel plant safety and good knowledge of EHS practices.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct daily safety inspections and identify unsafe acts/conditions.
Conduct Tool Box Talks (TBT) and safety awareness sessions.
Ensure proper PPE usage and adherence to safety procedures.
Monitor site activities for compliance with EHS and statutory requirements.
Maintain safety records, inspection reports, and incident documentation.




Support the Safety Officer in implementing EHS policies and procedures.
Coordinate with site teams to promote a solid safety culture.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of HSE/Safety experience.
Experience in Steel Plant / Industrial Safety preferred.
B.Sc. / Diploma; PDIS/ADIS preferred.
Positive knowledge of industrial safety practices and statutory compliance.
Positive communication, observation, and reporting skills.
Basic MS Office/computer knowledge.
Candidates from Patna Institute, Narayana Institute, or Jamshedpur Institute backgrounds
Immediate joiners / candidates with short notice preferred.
