Execute travel reservations, ticketing, and booking modifications using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus.

Troubleshoot and solve customer issues related to travel logistics, cancellations, and itinerary changes.




Deliver exceptional service to international travelers, addressing specific needs and cultural nuances.
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions within the designated systems.
