Responsibilities
Conduct sunrise meeting to the workmen.
Deploy workmen as per skill matrix organise resourcesfor production.
Organise resources
Conduct hourly PDCA for quality delivery performance.
Process control
Vehicle direct pass capturing
Conduct audit on 2S,JH, material handling, unsafe act andconditions.
Maintain and improve 2S
Conduct audit to adhere all operations being carried out asper the TMOS.
Audit on adherence to standards
Take corrective actions for in house PDI customercomplaints.
Customer Complaint handling(External)
Control of non conforming products ( MSN , PSN ).
Control of Non Conforming Products
Review workmen on quality delivery performancemeasures attendance.
Provide on Job training to workmen co-ordinate forcertification of workmen.
Motivate support workmen to implement suggestions.
Qualifications
Education Qualification: Diploma or Any Engineering
Required Experience: 5 to 10 years
