We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Officers / Senior Sales Officers* to drive sales, distribution, and market expansion across assigned territories.
*Selling should be your key strength.
Candidates with hands-on experience in FMCG sales and a strong understanding of retail and distribution will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Drive primary and secondary sales in the assigned territory.
Manage and expand distributor, retailer, and stockist networks.
Ensure achievement of sales targets and business objectives.
Develop market coverage and strengthen product distribution.
Build and maintain solid relationships with distributors and retailers.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and product availability.
Ensure timely reporting and effective use of sales applications/tools.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Education: Graduate / Post Graduate Any Specialization
Experience:Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in FMCG Sales
Age: 25 - 35 years
Industry Preference: FMCG / Food / Beverages / Confectionery / Biscuits / Cakes / Cookies / Personal Care / Laundry Products
Functional Area: Sales / Retail / Distribution
Solid selling, communication, and negotiation skills
Valuable understanding of General Trade and distributor-led sales
Candidates from system-driven organisations will be preferred
Should be comfortable using mobile applications and digital reporting tools
