We are seeking a skilled Java Developer to join our team for a 24x7 application support project.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor, maintain, and support Java based applications on a 24x7 basis, ensuring high availability and reliability.
Respond promptly to incidents, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes to restore services efficiently.
Perform scheduled maintenance, deployments, and upgrades, including support activities during weekends.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to resolve technical challenges and improve system performance.
Document incidents, resolutions,
and preventive actions for continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Hands on experience in Java development and application support.
Robust problem solving and analytical skills.
Willingness to work in shifts and provide weekend support as per project requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Skills
Experience with monitoring tools and incident management systems.
Knowledge of SQL, Linux/Unix settings, and cloud platforms.
Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
