Key Responsibilities
Lead operational procurement strategy for fan components and materials.
Ensure timely availability of RM-PM - Electronic, Mechanical, Packaging and other direct materials as per production plan.
Drive cost reduction, value engineering, and productivity initiatives.
Develop and manage strategic supplier relationships.
Identify and qualify alternate suppliers for critical components.
Monitor inventory levels and improve working capital efficiency.
Collaborate with Production, Planning, Quality, R&D;, and Finance teams.
Mitigate supply chain risks/bottlenecks and ensure business continuity.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and governance standards.




Ensure develop robust procurement team to leverage supplies to achieve CLIP.
Expertise in cost analysis, supply chain optimization, and inventory management.
Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP/Oracle.
Robust analytical, commercial, and stakeholder management capabilities.
