Preparation and Submission of Monthly Client Bill/ Sub Contractor billing.
Robust understanding of construction contracts, cost estimation, and financial management is essential.
Work with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
Should have the capability to handle a centralised team
Checking of bill of quantities, Estimation of cost, Material reconciliation.
Preparation and checking of BBS (Bar Bending Schedule).
Reconciliation of Concrete / Steel/ Cement with the Bill.
Submission of Non Tendered items bill along with required documents (Rate analysis / supporting documents).
Preparation of Projected Billing.
Comparison of Budgeted cost vs billing vs Expenditure.
Knowledge of IS Codes.
Candidates having experience in Residential Apartments, Commercial buildings and those who have worked for contracting companies are preferred.

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related construction field.
Proven experience in quantity surveying,



cost estimation, budgeting, billing, tendering, and contract administration.
Solid understanding of construction drawings, quantity take-offs, BOQs, rate analysis, and project specifications.
Experience in preparing client bills, subcontractor bills, cost reports, and variation claims.
Positive knowledge of construction materials, market rates, cost control, and project documentation.
Strong communication, negotiation, coordination, and analytical skills.
Ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and project teams.
Willingness to visit project sites across Bangalore whenever required.
